Return Policy
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of the delivery date. Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, Maximize Nutrition will process the refund.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, as we are unable to refund the original shipping cost of your order.
Refund Processing Time
After receiving the returned product, please allow 7–14 business days for the return to be inspected and the refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Opened or used products
- Products not purchased directly from Maximize Nutrition (maximizenutri.com)
- Products purchased through distributors, marketplaces, or retail partners
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered
Returned items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Maximize Nutrition is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Proof of Return
We are unable to process refunds without receiving the returned item or proof of delivery of the return shipment.
Product Inspection
All returned products will be carefully inspected upon arrival. In the unlikely event that a returned item is found to be in an unsuitable condition, we may return the product back to the customer.
